Every roofing project we undertake begins with a complimentary roof inspection. During this inspection, our roofing experts meticulously examine every part of your roof. They search for signs of wear and tear, damage, water-related issues, and other indications of roof degradation. Based on the roof’s current condition, we evaluate your roofing choices and formulate a strategy.
In Person Quotation
After the existing roofing materials are safely removed, we commence the installation of the new roof. We pride ourselves on our commitment to precision, compliance with the Ontario building code, and a focus on safety throughout the process.
Our comprehensive new roof installations include a perimeter layer of 3-foot felt paper, 29 gauge aluminum flashing strategically placed in the valleys, necessary ice and water shields, and the replacement of all rubber flanges and air vents. We meticulously install new shingles with professional expertise. We rigorously inspect our work at each phase of the installation to guarantee that every aspect is completed to the highest standards.
Existing Roof Removal
The initial phase of any roofing project involves removing the existing roof or parts of the roof where the work is to be performed. Our team is meticulous in ensuring that no further damage is caused to your roof or property during this process.
New Roof Installation

Site Clean Up
After installing your new roof, our team will meticulously clean all work areas, including the exterior of your property. Our cleanup process involves clearing eavestroughs, picking up nails from adjacent areas, disposing of old shingles and materials, and sweeping up any debris. Once the cleanup is finished, it will appear as if we were never there!
Final Walkthrough & Review with Client
Our roofing services aren't considered complete until you have the opportunity to review our work. A professional from our team will guide you through a final inspection, talk you through the details of your new roof, confirm that your property has been properly cleaned, answer any questions you might have, and most importantly, make sure you are completely satisfied with the job.
Furthermore, all work performed on your roof comes with a 10-year written labor warranty, providing you with assurance and peace of mind that you are protected.
